Promoting Games That Improve Health and Health Care

Founded in 2004, the Games for Health Conference promotes the efforts of studios to develop games designed to improve health and health care.
At the conference, researchers, medical professionals and game developers share information. Over three days, attendees hear an international array of speakers.
Topics include exergaming, physical therapy, disease management, health behavior change, biofeedback, rehab, epidemiology, training, cognitive health, nutrition and health education.
The Bohle Company promoted the first Games for Health Conference, kicking off a new segment of the sub industry of serious games.
